Hi everyone
There is a competition I'm thinking of entering that states that the artwork must be paint.
They define paint as:
PAINT
Works may consist of paint applied to a substrate or exist independently of any substrate.
Paint is defined as a liquid mixture, usually of a solid pigment in a liquid vehicle, used as a decorative or protective coating; the thin dry film formed by such a mixture when applied to a surface; the solid pigment before it is mixed with a vehicle.
The artwork I'm thinking of entering is mixed media with the use of Art Spectrum Liquid Spectrum inks
Your thoughts - would the work qualify?
Thanks in advance.
