Does anyone have an effective formula for pricing a print?

One suggestion: Study the prices on FineArtAmerica,com, Ebay.com, Art.com, and any other print sales Website you can find.  This will give you an idea of the market value of various types of art  and various types of prints (canvas, paper, acrylic sheet, greeting card, etc,), and may give you some benchmarks to compare your desired prices to.

 

There's an e-book by Barney Davy entitled "Pricing Art Prints" on Amazon for $9.95. You have to have a kindle app or device to read it. I HAVE NOT read it, so I am not vouching for the book. But you can read a number if its pages before you buy  (on Amazon,com) to see if it might be helpful.
