This painting started out as Edith Cavell (which can be found beneath the current image). The bottom portion is actually Tear Drop Lake. The Fiddle River is actually bluer.

I too, will be forwarding your website to my friend in PEI. Mayerthorpe & Edmonton were her home towns. It is so nice to see these areas portrayed - it gives me some insight to where she used to live.
