Ana - Thanks for the wonderful comment. The surface is very textured, when you see the actual painting, giving a real sense of material.
This is a very good knife work and a smashing realistic abstract. It may not make sense, but that is the feeling I get from it. It's beautiful! And the smell of raw construction material is so present, I really like the contraction atmosphere you created with those clean greys.
Mario and Sandi - Thanks for the cool comments. The subject is different. Really enjoyed it. Will do more. The perspective was the hardest part, making the light work and the planes flat...
What a cool subject to paint, love the perspective, light and texture, just great!
As an architect , and I walk every days in consructions,....it is a exellent perspective and magnificent representation Super !!
Thanks Aurelia. Limiting the palette is a great exercise in towards a refined color harmony.
Lovely painting. Love the unusual painting with its different shapes and also love your color harmony. Well done.
