Cathy, I figured as much. That it was one of your earlier paintings. It is so hard when looking at someone's gallery to know which one's are first. I really enjoyed your gallery. You have some beautiful paintings. Ro

You're probably right Ro - this is one of my earlier paintings and I believe the first birch tree I ever painted.

The bird is your normal very well done! I am not sure how, but some way the ends of the branches shapes do not look natural to me??? Without a photo I am not sure how I would say they are unusual/un-natural to me. Over all I would still give the painting a high rating. Ro
