Like your use of color and shape movement from foreground fading into the distant mountains and sky.  The mid-range mountains appear somewhat mono-chromatic and valued in the photo.  By contrast the background mountains convey the light and shadows one would expect.  Similar observation about the stand of dark trees on left.  Could just be the photo.  Nice work and love the scene.  Reminds me of scenes in the Grand Tetons.

Thank you Sarah. I just realized how dark this photo looks. It's not quite this dark in reality.
This shot is along the main road in Juneau. The tide comes in and fills this up. It always has such beautiful varieties of color, no matter what season it is. And in the far distance (in this pic) the snowcovered Chilkat mountains are just barely seen. They are without snow only for a few weeks of the year. It's a beautiful place!
