Bright sun on the buildings is very convincing.

Very good Marisa, although you kind of painted yourself into a corner with your foreground rock wall turning to the right like that.  So now you are forced to "fit" those beautiful reflections around that obstacle ..  the result is a conflict of interest between the rock wall and the reflections.  There is a lack of depth due to the "kissing" of the rock wall and boat, as well as a size domination problem ... the sheer size and bulk of the rock wall has taken over the story .. everything in the painting is supporting the rock wall .. there is just too much "visual weight" on that wall.   If you had painted the rock wall down further toward the bottom of the canvas, you would have been better off.
