After Richard's critique I tightened up the tractor - so easy to do once the rest is dry. While painting this I just couldn't get the paint to go where I wanted in that part of the painting = plus I had detached the wheel from the tractor.

Love the light effect and the way you use the brushstrokes and loosely applied paint. Makes a beautiful work of light.

Thanks so much.  One of my goals in painting has been to loosen up as I tend to be tight and detail oriented.  As I had already submitted a painting to this workshop, I guess I allowed myself more freedom.  Stilll, I was far from sure that it worked at all - so thanks a million for the feedback.

CSey, I really like how you changed the composition making it so interesting. I also like how loos your brush work is. What drama you present here! Well done!

Casey,

I really like the dramatic light and movement that your brush work creates in this painting.  It's very intriguing
