That sounds fantastic, Richard!  I went to a museum in NYC, was wonderful!  Love to see the paintings up close and the brushwork, too.  Just watched the video and it is soooo awesome!  Love the colours and everything, how it came together, and your wife's suggestion about the wave rush was correct, looks better.  She has an eye, too!  This is my favorite painting of yours so far!

:-) Thanks guys. Went to the Honolulu art museum the other day and was totally inspired by the great brushwork I saw there in Sargent and Monet and some other greats I can't remember the names but I remember they all had great brushwork - the whole package.

I like the rock in this one but prefer the water in the first painting. Looking forward to learning how to do both.
