Oil on canvas 12"x12" Using compliments red violet and yellow green. Let me say right off this has given me a headache; literally and figuratively, working this combination of colors...which means it was probably the most beneficial!. There are a number of things I could still play with, but, well, that headache says enough already! Next I hope to do a quieter one of my choice. I would name this "Nightmare In Prescott" *laughing...sorta*

I just brought R's and mine side by side and while I've grayed the top right and bottom left equal to his, and even the top left and bottom right but not to the same degree. Where I didn't is quite obvious. The left side above and beneath the breaker. If you scroll down a ways, you will see my 1st string of color mixes and the second. I tried to stay very true to the challenge guidelines, and took no liberty to go reasonable or pretty. That was the challenge for me and why I chose to do this really awful (lol!) set of colors. It was a valuable one. Perhaps my migraine was so advanced at the end I just wanted to read "DONE". Good stuff, thank you.

Just looked at RR's and he does have some vivid colors, but the edges of the canvas are quite grayed down.

This is interesting.

That's something I'm still working on. Too nigley and self-critical much of the time. That is a part of the reason CA is such a great place!
