"When you buy a replacement bulb for your existing lamp, look for one that specifically says "daylight" or "full spectrum."  These will provide a much cooler light than the old standard, warm incandescent bulbs.  The…"

"The cheapest daylight lamp will be an ordinary bulb coated with blue. The usually have a screw fitting so need the appropriate lamp. "
