Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this site and thought I would give you a brief profile on myself. I live on acreage in the Gold Coast Hinterland, Australia and have been painting on and off (mostly off due to working full time) for the last 25 odd years. I have been retired for the last few years, so I now have a lot more time on my hands and want to focus on painting, which to me is a lifetime pursuit. I live on the Glen Dora Estate, McDowall for the last 8 yrs, before that 35 yrs at Everton Park so I am definitely a North-sider....born in Ipswich but grew up all over the place due to my father's occupation as an engineer in QR.
