Hi Gregory,
Thank you for viewing my Fantasy Art pieces - Space Warlord and Spellbound. While they are not in true Frazetta or Vallejo style, they certainly had a major influence. Glad you liked them! :-))

Hi gregory, Thank you so much for you comment on my To temple painting - I worked on it when I was having some oil painting instruction so in a sense I had some guidance. Welcome to the site and ope you get as much joy out of painting as I do - also A neophyte. I particularly like your abstract. Abstract is something I am very interested in and actually enjoy the process of creating some abstracts much more that the more impressionistic pieces I do but have very little understanding of what and how. Thanks again and hope to see some moer of your work soon. Jeni

Hi gregory,
Have uploaded the 2 works-in-progress fantasy art pieces for you to view. Like I said - not finished yet, but well on the way! :-))

Hi Gregory,
Good to see you have put some paintings in your gallery. Looking good! I'll have to find a couple of my fantasy ones and put them up. I'll let you know when I do. Have fun painting!

Hello again, Gregory. I am not familiar with Frazetta and Vallejo and will have to do some investigating of their work. (Unless you want to fill me about them.)

Gregory - in response to your question, neither. I put acrylic paint in tubes and applied it to the canvas much like Jackson Pollack randomly applied his paint. I then literally shook the painting on each side, manipulating the flow of the paint until I got the desired effect. This started out of frustration one afternoon when I shook my canvas like a wayward child. I was then mesmerized by the reaction of the paint. My website is thegreencatstudio.com and you can see a few other examples of said method. Happy painting! Debbie

Hi Gregory,
I would love to see some of your work, as I have been a Frazetta & Vallejo fan for nearly 30 years! :-))
