How would you categorize your painting style?: Don't really have one yet as I'm a relative beginner and still need to get comfortable with handling the paints and all they can do. Tend to be overly meticulous.

Which medium do you prefer? eg. oils, acrylics, etc.: Acrylics and watercolour

Who are your favourite 2 artists?: Sorolla and Monet. Also love contemporary American artists Richard Schmid, and Erin Hanson for gorgeous use of colour and almost stained-glass line.

Do you have any goals for your painting?: To develop a regular painting and drawing schedule so I can improve all aspects of my painting. I'm a 70 year old retired teacher and my time tends to get scattered among many interests and passions.Now working on acrylic portraits of my family and friends, but also want to paint more from hundreds of travel photos.Especially appreciate your hints on how to "move things around" for better compositions and combining brushwork and palette knife.
