Happy New Year!

Posted on January 1, 2011 at 10:10 1 Comment

I did this at my buddy Rubino's place.    I came over to study this skull for a self portrait painting I'm working on.  It was a fun study and a great way to wrap up the end of the year.  Happy New Year everybody!

Hi Paulo, just been looking through your photos and am very impressed, your work is really good.

Whilst doing fabric painting years ago, I did monochrome portraits, but now I want to start doing portraits in oil and in colour.  Will you please tell me what the stages are that you work in and the colours you use most often for the skin?

Thank you.
