On the top bar of the website click on "Photos", then click on "My Photos", then find your photo and click on it. On the top right under the website top bar you will see "Options".. click on it. Then click on "Edit my tags" When this opens up change your tag to "Workshop2" with a capital "W" and NO SPACE. I think that will work for you. Thanks for looking at my painting and your comments. I posted this earlier as a comment to your question after you looked at my painting, and I don't think you saw it; I am still just getting used to this website also. Let me know if this does not work. Your animal paintings (or are they drawings with pencil?) are stunning--nice work.
I found the VAA somewhat over whelming and I'm not a beginner but I started with the things I hadn't ever heard of, like Notans. This challenge has been interesting for me here because of the very fact that we have gotten some hints from Richard with his critiques and original sample videos but I usually dive into a painting way too fast and don't often do the preliminary work, then I'm at a loss for why they don't have what I want which I was never clear about from the get-go. I'm very interested in the the thinking behind the painting and that's what I'm after here, and that is also where the VAA critique method is really good, but I'm at such a loss to follow it's methods and seem to have a real block with it. I think the next few challenges will help in my learning how to do this. As you can see I'm trying hard to give my small two cents worth here and there also and finding it a good exercise by taking my own advice with each kick at the can. I'm looking forward to Richards painting I'm sure we will all have a lot to learn from it.
I belong to the Virtual Art Academy Online Campus site also and that was my first experience of social networks like this. These Ning setups are not that easy to navigate and this one of Richards I find even more difficult to navigate so I suspect that there are other individuals that are having trouble with getting around here. I'm not sure I've figured out the best ways to navigate either.
Hi Terry, you mentioned that you are viewing all photos. I've been selecting one of the workshop paintings of the tree then going to the tags: WORKSHOP1 which can be found on the right side below the photo and clicking on the this tag and all pages of "first snow" paintings are all there without all the other photos.
This is not as easy to navigate for the workshop but, you can also go into Groups and select this Workshop 1 then scroll down to the photo slide show, if you pick one of the workshop paintings again click the tag and this will give all the pages of workshop 1 paintings, it's growing and growing I find this easier to navigate then going through the slideshow.
Having said all this just, go to your own painting and click the tag you inputted to get your painting found by Richard so he could put it into the workshop group.

Goog Luck. I'm sure this is clear as mud!
