wet on wet

After looking at everyones lovely wet on wet landscapes i decided to try it out for myself. Normally i work with very thin layers of wet over dry and slowly build up my paintings finishing off with glazes. Also, normally i work with a limited palate, but everyone here works with a lot of amazing colour.



what can i say, wet on wet, and an "unlimited" palate are very challenging. I found my colours getting muddy quickly. However i do really like the loose impressionistic outcome i have.… Continue
