Thank you all so much for your kind comments.  With a little more work I hope to enter this painting into a local art award coming up in a couple of weeks.  I feel encouraged by the kind comments here from some very competent and talented painters.

Sooooo Beautiful!  The way you captured the flow of the water around her body. The colors of her skin are nice. The reflection on her left breast. I could keep on Susan...i love it!  Thank You for posting Susan. Wow... this would be a good challenge for a Workshop.

This is very beautifully done! The water and her skin tones are extraordinary. I do think she is a little too thin to float that high above the water but if she had some meat on her bones like some of us , she wouldn't be swimming nude. :)

This is Oil? ..Wow!! ...At first glance I thought it was watercolor ...you're water is just marvelous Susan!!!  Great composition and use of space.
