Thank you Silvana!
Very nice Laura!
Hi Ann, thank you very much for your such detailed comments on all my paintings!!! I will try to improve between foreground and background area. But I will leave the figure as it is for now.
Ann, I haven't been out plein aire three weeks since we painted together. I will try to go this Saturday. We should paint together again anytime you are available.
Hi Laura, You have been very busy painting, nice job doing a variety of romantic paintings. I think some mid value area would help to pull the foreground and background together. Not much but just an indication of a path from the trees the same value as your flowers and consider softening and some mid value green back in the tree area on the right where it is almost black. I think that the overall painting is great so you might want to leave it so it doesn't get muddy. I like the variety of color in the flowers and the light on the figure. The brushwork on her skirt is great with an energetic swish. The figure head is a little square jawed for her neck and shoulders, you might want to think about cutting back just a little bit.
Larissa, thank you very much for your comment! I know what you mean, I feel the same way need some warm darks on the foreground. I will review it and see how I can improve it. I really appreciate your comment. Thanks!
Good work, maybe more shade on the foreground.
