Oil on canvas 12x14ins.
I loved this scene of Richard's and just had to paint it.
a far cry from his masterpiece but i enjoyed every brushstroke. Not sure about my angles though.

I'm not sure what's going on with my computer but my messages have been wiped??  so at the risk of double comments coming up, my grateful thanks to Rose, Pauline, Paul, Cristina and Silvana for your lovely comments.

Paul, the colour mix I used in the foreground was French ultra blue, cad red and white. To make it warmer I just added a little more red, and for  cooler, add more blue.  I hope this helps
