Good colour and light/dark modelling of form. Make sure of a flat straight horizon. Seagulls pretty good drawing. Nice!

Thanks Michael for the comment and useful tips, I will try to do these corrections and certainly this will improve the painting.

Very nice Shoman.  Make sure you get some warm reflected light into the under parts of the gulls.  Also, the gull taking off ...  maybe put some more warmth into those wings and also under the body.  Your waves:  The distant wave should be more horizontal, the closer wave should also be more horizontal, but less then the distant wave ... that is due to linear perspective  (as opposed to atmospheric).  When you do that, your sea will lay flat instead of going uphill.  :)
