Thank you Ann and Jon.  I watch a few videos on the crucifixion, and google a few pictures, but most is Christ hanging on a cross.  I want something else.  I want to capture the agony.  So this is two pictures I put together on ArtRage to merge them and delete what I don't want.  I also am studying Rembrandt at the moment and his chiaroscuro effect, so I want to try this myself as well.  Only the paint on Christ is opague and the rest I glazed in with transparent paint.  But I just discover the artist "Odd Nerdrum" that also do the chiaroscuro effect and I have notice that his figures is glowing.  Google him.  Amazing work.  I think I am going to work on this painting some more and see if I can get my Christ figure also to glow.
