Not en plein air!

Painted along with Richard's video - haven't been able to do this plein air yet, but hope to have a chance sometime! Meanwhile, wanted to learn & practise.... Figuring out what the water should reflect was a bit tricky - should it reflect the sky or the hills? or both?? Trying to learn to put down a brush stroke & leave it alone! Not so easy! Maybe reflections need to be blended a little anyway?

If you do not want the reflection stay still, you may use some horizontal strokes to make the water move a bit. Richard taught us this in his teaching. I like your glowing effect . It is very well done too.
