Hi Jon, I agree with everyone, a very nice painting !!!  Awesome boats and sky.  I had some fun playing with the shape of the water.  Only an idea :)  Love your work :)

Jon, if you want to keep the water, step it down in value ... maybe a half step above the value of the shadow.

Hi, Candi - good to hear from ya! OK - actually if I go over it again I'm going to pass clouds in front of the sun (ie get cloud shdows and a darker atmosphere). I'd rather get that white water to look right than eliminate it - but could be 'needs must'! Hey, I did those houses with my eyes closed - it's just suggestion! - but ok ;D (the paint is at least 1/4 inch thick on this one!) Cheers

Wow Jon, really nice!!!  Agree with Aurelia though about the white thing (water) though. I would also suggest reworking the two furthest left houses in the distance (
