Thank you, Doreen. I appreciate your insights and advice!  I think I went overboard on cropping the photo of the painting. In the original the seagull is a little more to the right and the overall image is not so symmetrical.

Love it. I like the atmospheric perspective very much. I think the seagull is too close to the centre and would like it off to one side or another.

Excellent work! I wish I could do something as good.
