This is the first time I have tried learning to paint without the artist in the room and I'm finding it difficult trying to keep up and making it look like the artist example. I have re-done this painting at least six times and I just don.t seem to get the perspective right. I think the sky with a bright light is one of the most difficult. I'm also having difficulty getting the grass coming down the side of the mountain to look like it didn't just get placed their. Frustrated to say the least. Hope you all are doing better.

I have been painting a couple of years but I think i'm getting worse.

I see that no one has responded to your post.

I almost didn't because I'm not sure I fully understand your question.

Can you tell me what you mean when you write :This is the first time I have tried learning to paint without the artist in the room. ?

Is there some way I could see the piece you are referring to?
