it's good to get a brush back in my hands, felt a little rusty but looking forward to getting more practice in.

Love how your painting is filled with sunshine Glenys!
beautiful Glenys !!!
thanks Silvana :)
Beautiful!
many thanks Ann and Fay, I just copied from a pic Fay, so didn't enter the comp. and thanks Jim, and for your good wishes :)
It's a beauty, Glen -- in spite of the reflection thingy! Those sails on the main boat are absolutely wonderful!
Very happy to hear you're up and about with the brush again! All the best to you!
Don't forget to put the tag on Glenys!
Beautiful light on the golden sail !
thank you so much everyone for your lovely encouraging comments and Michael and Gail, for your tips. Spot on Michael, it's glaringly obvious to me now and I don't know how I missed it :) the reflections for the white sail boat are too long and not the correct shape. I will attend that, I think I got a bit over enthusiastic with my first painting for almost 3 months (any excuse!) Gail - yes, I found the overall shape of the stone wall a bit difficult looking at it I feel where the stone hits the water it is not quite right. - I think it would be better just left straight. I appreciate everyone's tips and comments
Love it! Beautiful, as always!
