Dorian,

I don't know if anyone answered you, but the photo size I think you are referring to is the size of the image which could be a 8x10 or 12x16 etc in actual painting size.  I think Richard resizes the image so the file size will not be to large.  You can paint a picture any size and then take a photo and then resize in a software program like Photo Shop.  I pick up some on my objects from salvation army.  Works out pretty well.  Happy painting.

Hi Folks

This may be a stupid question but I don't want to remain stupid.  Please help. . .

 

Richard's photo is 737x443 pixels or 7.677 x 4.615 inches. Does this mean that I must paint the picture this size?

May I paint a larger picture with these proportions and then photograph it and reduce it in size. I also am going to go and buy a proper white container.  I do not have one, nor do my neighbors.

What do you all do? Hope I get a lot of replys.............smiles........dor:))
