Thanks for leaving a comment everyone! Not done on location but from a b/w photo i found on the web. I looked at some Jeremy Mann's cityscapes and wanted to do something similar. Approaching but not quite there yet ;-)
A copy of Mannheim in Pennsylvania? Interesting! Probably they built it bigger and better than the original!

There is a little town called Manheim at Central Pennsylvania:)
