I like your color study. Very happy pear. solid, good value judgement. If you give me your brush I will put right side of the pear more light yellow green. You already did it , I mean more, so it will be more 3d effect. Another thing is that I would put a little bit orange reddish color(your background) into the pear to relate it with the background. Or put some color of the pear to your background. Anyway link them together. Just an opinion of your friend.

I couldn't resist this pear  that has a distinctive bumpy bottom. I chewed bubble gum  to make it stand up. :)
