Grand Canyon Workshop #9

12 x 16 - Acrylic on Canvass - I did copy RR painting because I wanted to work on the 2 value concept not on composition. After I took the photo I ran a black and white print and I think the values worked but I'm open to comments. I found this a very challenging work but will work at doing more as I think my work is very first level.

I am detail oriented therefore for me this work need some more detail to show the light and dark contrast and distance of foreground and background. Don't worry, little by little you will show them all. Here, you can learn quickly as I am doing. You have a very good base of being a good artist.
