Stunning!!

Woohoo, thanks for doing an acrylic painting demo, I'm excited to get started on this one. I love using acrylics and feel sometimes they are not given much credit, as if it is the poor cousin to oil paints.

Well done.  A bird feathers the subtle color variation not easy to paint.

I like how the the handling of the background and soft edges of the branch make the Kingfisher seem like it is coming out of the picture plane!! ...  very handsome painting, Richard. :)
