Nice painting with very interersting values. A figure in direct sunlight will produce a shape pattern of much higher value contrast than you have used. It is amazing that you managed to stick to fairly high values with your figures and accomplished a good realistic feel. This way the ensemble sticks out nicely against the backround. The girl in front seems to hover and a little more dark on the pants could connect her better to the ground.
