This is really interesting. Although the figure is almost overwhelmed by the blues, it is beautifully painted, especially the hands. The bottom right curve into the hip might be too sharp, as it draws your eye away from the centre of interest. 

At a baby shower friends painted the mother's belly as a globe! And promised the baby the world... This reminds me of that. Really sweet.
