This is how I cropped my original painting. It is more true to life... color wise. The Corner Table was taken indoors, this one has more of outside natural light on it, but still indoors. The sun is not shining much these days. It is hard for the camera to capture all the colours because I have a few different layers over the cloth. First, I painted it in that teal like the pitcher and bowl. Then I thought there was too much of that color in the painting so I went over it with grape color (which looks more magenta than red) So, not sure what color it actually is. But the table looks more like the painting now, more brownish, not reddish. Thank you everyone who liked my painting. I am astounded to be among all these fine artists.

I know it looks somewhat muted... I will work on it more.  Wish you could see the original!!

Nice one Sharon, I do prefer this cropping but then I'm biased. You've got a bit of shine coming of the canvas in this shot on the left which is interfering a bit with the colours. Looks great though.

Love your work

I know what you mean by how hard it is to capture all the colours
