Thank you Ningning, Ngaire for your encouragement. Ningning, the redish color on the right upper rock is direct sun light from light source. Same kind of color but little darker applied in the shadow side too.

Laura, I enjoy your background very much, a lot of air movement. Your brush strokes are so freely that made a great difference. I like your value design of the rock too. Again, very free stokes and  for the rock which made it solid and  full of life. The colours are beautiful too. The only thing make me wunder is the redish colour on the right of the upper part of the rock. You must have a purpose to do so. I would like to know. Smiling.

Beautiful Laura!  I love how you kept the foreground so dark, it really makes the light on the top of the rock pop!
