Yeah, really REALLY bad example Thomas!  Obama is not a favorite with most of us who actually research the issues!  He is destroying this country and putting the world in further danger by his idiotic policies....

Shelly, wow.... to have Colley in my place would be like going on a holiday with B. Obama... Ok, bad example! ;-)
Thank you...and enjoy the masterous inspiration!

Beautiful and a great learning tool Thomas.  I get the pleasure to have Colley stay at my house for a week in August while he teaches a workshop here in Bend Oregon, (which I will be attending of course)!

Thanks Ann, Aurelia and Jon for commenting!
I think this is a good example for Godlove's principle.... Shades of pure colors naturally dark (blie) look good next to tints of color naturally light (yellows)
Great youtubes! Great motivation to finally start using this huge brush... And the tiny one too!
Jon, what could have been a great compliment for the study ended in a devistating statement ;-D

Yep, I like him and his big brush technique a lot too! - but there's plenty of 'you' in it!

Very nicely done.  I like Colley Whisson paintings.  He use huge brushes!  Check on YouTube.

WOW nicely done. Greens are great and varied but I really love the deep blues/greens of the water
