Great concentration of color in the sky ! The little distant trees are great also. Dark values in the grasses accent the color. The water seems to be slipping to the left slightly check the perspective in that area and maybe lift the pink fog

Thanks very much Pauline. About color freedom; I use small amount of white in my color mixing so that less shading occurs. I let my painting to dry before each new layer of color. This way the new layer is not mixed with the previous one so that not too much muddy colors appear. The present sky for instance was done in 4 layers/sessions.
