The Last Time I Saw Lenny

This is my friend Lou's doggy, he sadly passed away last week. i was asked by mutual friends if i could paint him for Lou and her husband. This painting is from a photo i took of him 3 weeks ago whilst visiting. Lenny decided to claim my bag as a comfy pillow and wouldn't let me have it back.......bless!

Sometimes I thought that he was a human but just could not talk. He passed away two weeks ago. My friend cried and I cried too. I try not think about him too much, it is sad. I painted a died layer of him. I will post it now. You can have a look.
