Paying attention is what friends do!  That you forgot it was supposed to be snow makes me LOL : ))

Dorian, thank you so much for your attention and encouragement. I have to be honest. When I was painting it, I forgot the snow. Instead, I thought I was painting sun light patches on the ground.  This one is really an oil painting. As I did not know how to do the grass, I correct the colour many times. My poor canvas was sweating. I may have to wait for a long time to let it dry completely. Smiles to you....

Hi Li

I keep going back and forth and keep changing my mind!  I prefer this painting because I like that diagonal stroke of snow in the path on left toward middle toned down.  Final decision! So glad you painted and posted, I have been watching for yours! I really like your loose strokes, you keep getting better and better.........  Smiles and hugs to you dor:))
