Comment by Gina Dalkin-Davis on September 23, 2013 at 4:15: This is a 12x16 canvas. Alla Prima approach. I must practice this technique more. When I see the work of others on line or the masters, I'm envious of the skill necessary. I'll keep practicing. Colours used were UB blue, Alizarine, Magenta, Cad. Red. Cad Yellow, either zinc white or flake white depending upon warmth or coolness of painting, Burnt Sienna. I rushed this unfortunately, so only one layer of transparent colour over fairly wet.
