How would you categorize your painting style?: Just starting out. A curious beginner experimenting while i learn to paint.

Who are your favourite 2 artists?: Jan Van Eyck and Leonardo da Vinci. Its probably a cliche to say da Vinci but I am so awestruck by the creative genius in all he did.

Do you have any goals for your painting?: Yes to learn as much as possible so I can get to a point where I can express on canvas the images I see and portray some feeling and soul in them. :)
I must also add; I just discovered painting and how amazingly fun and good it feels to paint, so I am not an aspiring artist. I actually still work on one of my very few first paintings so I do it for fun, but still hope to get some feed back and help here on the forum. I ended up finding Richard Robinson and this page in my quest to try and find some help on the net for painting water rings.. :) And this page is fantastic, and all the lessons available, so I am staying, and thank you Richard for doing this. :)
