Yummy!  I just ate trout the other day.  These guys are much prettier than mine were.  I really love the colors here.  --and the way the bottom looks very much like the plants in the ocean  (at least the ones in Monterey Bay.  You are from Aspen?  How beautiful a place.  We re hoping to retire in Colorado in a few years.  Beautiful landscapes for sure.
