Thanks Chris.  I hope your dad is doing ok.  I know you have good medical care there; my son spent 7 years at UW as a general surgery resident; he's a pediatric surgeon in Milwaukee now. Stu

Deb, thank you for your compliment.  It prompted me to look at your work, and I am impressed.  I painted in acrylics only for about 30 years and went back to oils about 10 years ago.  I still do paint some in acrylics and have dabbled with the new slower drying acrylics--Golden's open acrylics-- and the ones that Richard has been pushing--Interactive.  I like both of them better than the thick and thin body Golden and Liquitex acrylics I had been using, but I find oils suit me better.  Stu
