Hi Craig.  Composition:  I lowered the horizon so the lighthouse would be in the picture.  I redesigned the rocks to give a more abstract, interlocking shape.  Keep your rocks a little more simplified and pay more attention to the lighthouse.  Indicate the direction of your light source and then make sure all 3 planes of your lighthouse are a different value as it goes around.  Go easy on all those cracks in the rocks ..simplify those puppies.  There is a lot of sky, so put some clouds up there ..have the clouds that are closest kind of pointing toward the lighthouse ..more horizontal as they recede into the distance.  Hope that helps Craig.  :)
