Nice painting! Debbie, you may make the shadows  darker. They look like floating a bit as in the dream. Maybe you like that kind of effect, I do not know.

Hi Annie, no i don't mind your comments. The leaves, i was in two minds with them. They are frangipani leaves and i didn't want them to stand out too much. the only thing i had trouble with was the cloth.

Hi Debbie Yes I do like your paintins and think you have handled the fruit beautifully. Perhaps the green leaves could have a few variations in tone to make them more leafy as they look a little like a dark shadow to me. I hope you dont mind me commenting. The frangipani adds a lovely touch Good for you

i am very happy with the way this finished. on another website,,,i have seen how this would look in a black or Burgundy frame with a bright white boarder around it...fantastic.
