oil on linen panel 11' by 14" plein air. This is an old US Navy facility that loaded weapons on naval vessels up through Viet Nam. I think the brick buildings are an old Civil War era fort. This is north of Point Richmond in the East Bay.

Nice use of subdued reds on the building and the shadow area to the right, as I look I see a little of that reddish color used in the water and trees to help unify the painting. You have found beauty in a scene that I would have passed up.
