Stuart, How lucky I am to have you as a friend!  Thank you for your evaluation of my job. You are the one helped me most for this good work.  I I really appreciate it. I promise that I will upload my new work when I finish it. Maybe it won't need one week. Thank you aso for your information. I will go to see Saghi's work now. Hasta luego.

Li, I did look at your retouched work and I think the added design on the jar added interest  to the jar and the darker background also set your jar off better.   The interplay of light and dark is called "chiaroscuro" in Italian and it was a favorite technique of the Renaissance masters to emphasize objects with tonality rather than color.  It is very frequently used to provide drama to still lifes and figurative work.  Look at Saghi's very dramatically lighted watercolor from this last workshop.  Post your interesting painting when you finish it and congratulations on all the comments that you received on your very good painting this time.  Also, thank you for your kind comments about my painting.  And helping you is really no bother.  Stu

Hi Stuart, i like your composition. I like the addition of the tea bag, since i love tea. The only thing (for me) is that the grapes are a little to close to the color of the tea bag. I agree with your own critique in regards to the grapes of adding a little more of a blue- violet. And you did improve on your pears. :) I'm still working on mine.
