No Roena, did not receive the photo of the Indian Pots.

And this is weird:  I receive a message from you written at 4.29 on January 2, 2011 and here I am reading it on 1 January 6.30 pm.  Is this "Back to the future or Forward to the past!  :-D

Hi Roena, did my mono picture ever find its way to you?

Yes, I would be very interested in learning the Flemish Technique.  Do I understand correctly that you are painting on the fur (fluffy side)?  And no, I do not know what you are talking about with the various layers, do fill me in please.

Ro, I am a bit confused as to the many possibilities of contacting fellow artists on this site, (blog, forum, friends, etc) but hope this is the one it is meant to be on.

Referring to the grizaille underpainting (article wet canvas), that almost seems to be the style I love painting as a final work.  Would it be okay if I send you a picture so you can comment on it?  And would this be the right "page" to post it on.  Thanks so much.

May you have a wonderful Christmas today!

My pleasure Ro and thanks for the site.   I will look as soon as possible.  I am a very realistic painter too so also your other site might suit me but you cant keep doing it all.

Yes, it has been raining for a couple of weeks now and there is more to come. Everything o.k though. Good for you on your retirement dream!  I will have to work a few years more though but if I can look foward to that it is well worth it. Thanks for your words.

Happy Hollidays

Hi Roena, I have been looking at your work. I love the American landscapes. I have travelled a lot through America, so it remembers me of my trips.

Best wishes, Angeline.

Thank you for your welcome message. I am glad I found this website and I hope to have a look at all the nice paintings in the next time.

Have a nice day and best wishes from the Netherlands, where it's snowing.

Thanks for your comment Ro. You're paintings are inspiring the bajeezus outta me. You have some pretty serious talent there. I think I managed to get some paintings uploaded to my page. Constructive critiques are also most welcome with me too.

If I can't use a blocker, I don't go to site.  Safari allows me to go to almost any site, with my security and blockers operating.  No one gets to use my computer without my knowledge.....I think....lol.  Another thing u might try is clear history cache and everything.  Then u will have to sign into everything again the first time.

I have no clue.  It may be that when you first sign up it's the only time it appears.  I never checked it if it was there, however, I have not signed out and it brings me right in without a password.  Are you signing out?  If so try not signing out, then go away or even closing browser and restarting browser.  Start typing thecompleteartist in the navigation bar.  You should get a list of possibles and click on site.  If you have it saved then just do what you normally do.  But if the address you saved is before the sign in yo will run right back into same situation.  So eliminate your link with new link after you sign in.

Hi Ro,

I think it is a glitch with Ning. Remember what happened on ID&P & CC? Some where locked out for weeks, because they had too much activity on their site - I was one! I contacted Ning at the time - they cleared it, say the computer took it as Spam or something! To long ago to remember now.

I also notice that e-mails come through dis-jointed too.
