So happy to have you as a friend Richard.  You are so lucky to live in NZ with your family.  It is beautiful judging from your videos.  I managed to visit Perth, Australia and my son in Perth last year, hoping to go again this year in October.  I just wish it was not so far to fly.

Happy New Year Richard.  I think of you often, but try not to bother you because I know how busy you are!  Remember my problem of TCA not remembering me and I had to log on every time?  I will not go into the hours and searching the Ning site even to find the answer.  SO SIMPLE....operator error!  Duh. LOL  It was on my computer.  I tell you so that if anyone else needs help you will know what to suggest.  Start, Control Pannel, Internet Options - on the General tab - be sure to UNCHECK Delete Browsing History on Exit.  ////  What confused me is that it did not effect I Draw and Paint which is another Ning site I belong to.  Anyway, I logged on 3 times yesterday and it is still working this morning.  Thank goodness!  Roena

Hi Richard, I was just wondering if it is possible to add a question to the page where you sign up for the site? It would be so helpful if the person listed the art that they do. i.e. WC, oil, acrylic, graphite, etc. I wonder if the NING group could just add it on one of the same lines where another question was? // I'm finally moving on to the next chapter in the color course. I'm fixin to do color! whoooo hooooo I am enjoying the course quite a lot. Ro

Hi Richard, I purchased your Master Class DVD and found it very informative. I have learned a lot and tried to paint a landscape but .......well not so good. I did not select the correct colors and ended up with to much blue. But I will try again soon. I am a portrait painter and have a terrible time with landscapes. You make it look so easy. I hope to learn a lot from you and will let you know when I can post a landscape painting worthy of your teaching. I will not give up!

I have always had a very messy palette, no two colours ever in the same place - thanks to your videos, I am now so much more organised and find it infinitely easier to make decisions about colour choices and mix up my colour groups.
I would very much appreciate if/when you can, you take a look at my website and give me an honest critique on the site layout. This is my first attempt at building a site and I'm not overly happy with it. Any advice would be most welcome.

Hi Richard. I'm so pleased you're continuing with this site! I don't feel like a fully fledged member of this site yet, as I haven't yet ventured outside to paint plein air, but I'll just continue being a fringe dweller, til I get about 8 paintings finished, slowly but surely!
